Most of people are not aware how important the activities at morning. This paper will review the people habit of waking up in morning and the reflection from it. There are relationships between the activities, that are done by people after waking up at morning, with her/his health and achievements. The samples are taken from 30 electrical students of ITTel from 2004 generations.
Morning is a good time to start the day with more positive energy. The brain is fresh in morning, after rest enough on nice sleeping, it is good for start the day with study or the other something useful. Positive energy at morning will increases productivity and motivation along a day. Students who use their morning for study or the other something useful activities admit that they often get achievements in academy. It is possibly that they set a higher standard of the expectation that they want to get it, take the energy from their morning and use it to really get the most out of their life.
