Morning Activities

Most of people are not aware how important the activities at morning. This paper will review the people habit of waking up in morning and the reflection from it. There are relationships between the activities, that are done by people after waking up at morning, with her/his health and achievements. The samples are taken from 30 electrical students of ITTel from 2004 generations.

Morning is a good time to start the day with more positive energy. The brain is fresh in morning, after rest enough on nice sleeping, it is good for start the day with study or the other something useful. Positive energy at morning will increases productivity and motivation along a day. Students who use their morning for study or the other something useful activities admit that they often get achievements in academy. It is possibly that they set a higher standard of the expectation that they want to get it, take the energy from their morning and use it to really get the most out of their life.

The environments among students have fresh air at morning, it is good for health if make exercise or get sports. It will give good effects whole day, like highly self confidence, good stamina or health, and good concentration when study in the class. Exercise at morning has a lot of benefits, such as raises the metabolism, starts the day with a positive accomplishment, and soon.

A lazy may be a relaxing way to start the day, but it tends to result bad effects along a day. Less 20% of respondents do the good activities in morning, and the other respondents say that they sleep again after waking up. Respondents admit that they often feel not good about their health and seldom get the achievements. It is probably that they don’t use their morning for good activities.

The quality of activities in mornings will likely reflect throughout whole day. I think if waste the best time at morning it will lose something important for life, because good morning activities can impress people’s health and achievements that important for the future.
